Synopsis: Sunita (Jiah Khan) is a college going medical student who is researching for a projecting on human brains in her class. Suddenly he came across a case of Sanjay Singhania (Aamir Khan). Seeing this case she became curious to take up the case but was rejected by the teacher because it is a case of criminal investigation. She asked about the case by her teacher and came to know that Sanjay has a disease called anterograde amnesia. Sunita decides to investigate things by herself. She came to know Sanjay loses his memory within 15 mintues and doesn’t remember anything after that. He uses photographs, notes and tattoos on his body to remember things and his only mission is to avenge the death of his lover Kalpana (Asin).  He starts killing people in a systematic manner to reach to his final target Ghajini whom he remembers his lover Kalpana’s last words. Ghajini (Pradeep Rawat) is a reputed industrialist of the city.

Police inspector named Arjun who was investigating the case of these murders tried to track down Sanjay and finally finds him and knocked him unconscious. He discovered two diaries from Sanjay’s home and finally in those diaries it was his past. Movie went in the flashback where Sanjay was the chairman of Air voice mobile company. He after a certain events came across a girl name Kalpana who is working in a small advertisement agency. First she used Sanjay name just for fun with her seeing that she will be given more importance by her advertisement agency but Sanjay after seeing her innocence and honesty doesn’t say anything to him and meets her with a new name called Sachin and later on falls in love with her. At the New Years Eve he proposed to Kalpana and Kalpana asks Sachin to wait for her reply next morning and the first diary ends there. Soon Sanjay woke up and and Arjun asks him that what happened the next day. Sanjay attacks him and ties in the cabinet. Sunita arrives there and sees that the door was open and went in there. Rescues the inspector but soon sees Sanjay there went out of there. Sunita in that hurry has taken both the diaries of Sanjay from his flat.

Sunita came to know that Sanjay will kill Ghajini and went to Ghajini and warns him that Sanjay is the man is trying to kill him. Ghajini also came to remember about Sanjay Singhania. Ghajini and his men went into Sanjay flats and destroyed all maps, snaps and notes in that flat so that he should not be able to recover his memory of killing him at all. At night, Sunita starts reading Sanjay’s second diary. She came to know that Kalpana has accepted Sanjay’s love proposal. Sanjay due to some emergency meeting has to go abroad so he tells Kalpana as Sachin a different story. Kalpana too has to go on an assignment but when she was travelling in train she find 25 children were trafficking and saved them and finds that Ghajini is the master. Ghajini came to know about this broke into Kalpana’s home. Kalpana too came to know about this that Ghajini and his men will try to kill her. Suddenly Sanjay too came there but Kalpana asks him to go from there. Later Ghajini hurts Kalpana very badly. Sanjay too came back to see Kalpana as he believes something is wrong. Ghajini hits Sanjay on his head very badly with an iron Rod and in his presence kills Kalpana by hitting her with iron rod again and again. Kalpana during her dying moments said “Ghajini” in Sanjay’s ears.

Now Sunita has been aware of truth of Sanjay went to the hospital where he was kept and told whole story to him. Being in rage after listening to Sunita asks Sunita to help him in tracking down Ghajini and rest he will take care himself. Both of them tracked Ghajini and Sanjay starts fighting Ghajini’s henchmen with full force and full strength. When he was able to pin Ghajini down he suddenly forgets his memory and forgets who Ghajini is. Seeing this as an opportunity he stabs Sanjay from behind. Later he hits Sunita with iron rod and taunts Sanjay that he will make him re-experience Kalpana’s death again by killing Sunita. Sanjay overpowers everything his pain, memory and takes down Ghajini and in the kills him the very same way he killed Kalpana.

In the end, Sanjay was in an Orphanage where Sunita came their giving him a gift and footprints of Sanjay and Kalpana to make their bonding again. Sanjay sees Kalpana at his side and Finally Sanjay finds peace.

Review: A good remake made by A.R.Murugadoss of his own Tamil movie of the same name Ghajini. Most of the remakes of the movies are not that much effective and good this time it’s an altogether a different story. Performance of Aamir khan was all together at a different level. Asin making Bollywood debut makes it with ease and comfort. Performance of Jiah Khan and Pradeep Rawat were also good. Music and songs of the movie were great and so can be said for some of the action sequences. Most of the movie was almost the same as Tamil remake of Ghajini whom Murugadoss has directed previously so in this he hasn’t made any new creativity. Also the core idea has been taken from English movie Memento. As a whole, movie is very good to watch full of entertainment, thriller with a mind blowing performance of Aamir Khan and Asin.

Brindavanam

Synopsis: Krishna/Krish (NTR Jr.) is the son of a billionaire businessman. His girlfriend Indu (Samantha Ruth Prabhu) has a friend name Bhoomi (Kajal Aggarwal). Indu tells Krish her friend Bhoomi’s problem that her father Bhanu Prasad wants Bhoomi to marry her cousin suitor who is a goon and a rowdy whom Bhoomi doesn’t like at all and doesn’t want to marry him. Her grandfather tells Bhanu Parsad that Bhoomi has fallen in love with a guy in the city so that Bhoomi doesn’t have to marry that cousin rowdy. Her father tells he wants Bhoomi to bring her boyfriend to the village where he wants to meet him. Indu convinces Krish to become Bhoomi’s boyfriend as if he will go then he will make the thing right she is confident of that and to which Krish agrees.

When Bhoomi and Krish were going to Bhoomi’s village, Bhoomi tells Krish about every family member in her family and what type of person he or she is. When Krish reaches Bhoomi’s home he sees that her uncles’ are lazy guys and actual bonding in the family is missing. He also meets her grandfather who had actually made this plan and Krish told him too he will make the things right. He tries to change her uncles’ and rest of her family members and wins their hearts as well. Bhoomi’s grandfather told Krish that Bhanu Prasad and Sivudu whom he met when he was coming to Bhoomi’s village are step brothers and are rivals to each other from last 25 years. Druga Prasad married second time against the wishes of his child Bhanu and from his second wife Sivudu was born. Some people for their own gains tried to convince Bhanu that Sivudu was not good for him and he should break relations with him. So Durga Prasad lives six months Bhanu and other six months with Sivudu. Krish tells Druga Prasad he will unite both Bhanu and Sivudu and ultimately he succeeds.

After some incidents in the village Bhanu starts to get impress from Krish and accepts their relationship. Now seeing this both Krish and Bhoomi starts getting worried but finally they decided to tell the whole truth to Bhoomi’s father Bhanu Prasad. In the home Bhanu Prasad was sitting and talking to Bhoomi’s cousin suitor and his uncle that the marriage with Bhoomi is not possible now as Bhoomi like some other person and Bhanu too like him very much. Hearing this her cousin suitor becomes very angry and tells Bhanu that he will get Bhoomi at every cost and he don’t care about you or anyone and caught Bhanu’s collar but Krish came there fights with him and warns him never to come here again and seeing this Bhanu declares that Krish will be the groom for her daughter Bhoomi and also he is going to meet his brother and bring him back with him and successfully does that.

Further it was revealed that during a function that Indu is Sivudu’s daughter and both Bhoomi and Krish got shocked to see that. Sivudu asks Indu to bring her boyfriend to the village but Indu tells her father that her boyfriend had ditched him and had gone away. Hearing this Indu’s father told his men to bring Indu’s boyfriend to him. Upon hearing that her boyfriend is not there he asks his men to bring his parents to him. Bhanu also asks Krish to bring his parents to him so that their marriage date can be fixed. Seeing the things got mixed up Indu tells Krish he should bring his foster parents to which Krish agrees. Bhoomi’s rowdy cousin suitor men try to abduct Bhoomi but Krish rescues them. Krish bring his foster parents to meet them to Bhanu. Problem starts when Sivudu’s men bring real Krish’s parents in home and when they saw Krish there everyone was shocked. Krish tells them the whole situation and they all agreed to him.

Bhanu Prasad starts their engagement but now seeing everyone is happy Bhoomi starts falling in love with Krish too. Indu also starts realizing that. Mad and angry Bhoomi’s rowdy cousin suitor came to know about the real identity of Krish and their relationship tells Sivudu everything. He reveals the same to his step brother Bhanu and both starts beating Krish. Soon Durga Prasad intervened and told both of them that it was his plan to bring Krish and he was not at all lover of Bhoomi but to save Bhoomi from that Rowdy suitor. Even after the hardships given by both of them but he stuck here makes everyone happy and everyone has seen the results. Everyone is happy and together. He didn’t cheat Indu and it was Indu infact who had sent Krish as Bhoomi’s lover and also that now Bhoomi too loves him a lot. Suddenly they saw that Bhoomi’s rowdy suitor has taken Bhoomi forcefully with him. Bhanu tells Krish that she is yours and he alone have to save her. Krish got away chased them and beats the hell out of that rowdy suitor and saves Bhoomi.

Krish in the end in temple has to decide to whom he should marry and the elders let the decision leave the three of them that is Krish, Bhoomi and Indu. Krish starts praying to Lord Krishna and asks them to give him a solution. Lord Krishna appears and tells Krish it all part of life and suddenly Lord Krishna disappears.

Review: It’s a good movie made by Vamsi Paidipally. Direction was good by Vamsi. Performance of NTR Jr. was nice and he all together played a different role with ease. Most of the focus of the movie was NTR Jr. and Kajal Aggarwal. Kajal performance in movie was average and same can be said Samantha although the both of them look charming and gorgeous but Kajal role in the movie was more as compared to Samantha which makes him the lead actress too. Comedy scenes in the movies were hilarious and good. But dialogues in the movie were very good. Villain segment of the movie wasn’t effective at all and was even below average. Some of songs in the movie were really good. Overall it is a family movie and good to watch.

Bodyguard

Synopsis: A lady asked Sartaj Rana to help her as her daughter is being kidnapped by some goons and they want to take her abroad to sell her as well as other girls kidnapped from different places. Sartaj asked Security company’s help. Their chief asks Lovely Singh (Salman Khan) to help rescuing those girls. Initially he tried to refuse but when came to know that Sartaj Rana has asked their help, Lovely Singh immediately said yes and went there. He beats the hell out of them and rescues all girls from there. Sartaj Rana asks Lovely Singh to be the bodyguard of her daughter Divya (Kareena Kapoor Khan) as his enemies may try to hurt or kill her just to take revenge me. Her friend Maya (Hazel Keech) also stays most of the time with Divya and they both study together. Divya didn’t want to have Lovely Singh as her bodyguard but after pressurizing from her father, she accepted that. Lovely Singh accompanied Divya and Maya almost everywhere in the college as well as makes them work out on strict basis as per instructed by Sartaj Rana which beings to irritate Divya.  Divya in teaching a lesson to him starts calling and flirting with him as a prank with the name Chhaya. Divya keep calling him with the name Chhaya as Divya’s number was a private number and Lovely Singh didn’t know that. During the calls Chhaya tells Lovely Singh that he is deeply fond of him and is in love with him. Lovely Singh protects Divya in a disco from the goons whom he had previously beaten. Seeing this Divya to falls in love with Lovely Singh but was scared in revealing her identity as she knows that Lovely Singh is completely devoted to his duties and to her father Sartaj Rana.         

On advice of Maya, Divya should do something to end this as when Lovely will came to know that the girl whom he loves as Chhaya is not her but Divya herself what will kind of pain will he go through and also when Divya’s father came know about this he will not spare Lovely at all. So Divya calls Lovely as Chhaya and asks him to meet her but don’t bring Divya with him. Divya on other hand asks Lovely that please he should let her go with him and she will not interrupt them and will not come under their sight. Lovely takes Divya there but Chhaya immediately calls him that she would not him again as he bring Divya with him when he was told not to do so. After few days, Maya seeing love of Divya asks Maya to go with Lovely and she will take care of the rest. Divya calls Lovely to meet her at railway station today but her maid hears all that gives all this information to Sartaj Rana. Meanwhile, when Divya was alone at home, Ranjan Matre with his men kidnapped Divya and asks Lovely to rescue her if he had the courage. Lovely singh came there and rescues her. When they were going back Sartaj Rana gave with his men and starts beating Lovely as according to him he was going to run with Divya. Lovely told them to please let him go as someone is waiting for him at railway station but Sartaj didn’t want to accept this but on giving assurance by Divya he freed Lovely Singh. When Divya came home, she asked Maya to immediately go to railway station to Lovely as her father had ordered his men to kill Lovely if no one shows up to meet him. Maya asks her that she goes as her lover then what will go to happen of Divya’s love and to whom she replied that she would tell the truth once it is assured that his father’s men had gone from there. After waiting for almost all the day no one came to meet Lovely. When the last train was about to leave Maya came running and confront Lovely that she was Chhaya all that time who calls her. Seeing Sartaj’s men gone from their Maya got relieved. Soon Divya calls Maya on phone to talk to Lovely as planned but Maya throws her phone out the train and moves on with Lovely Singh to some place where no one can disturb their life. Several years later, Lovely was about to meet Sartaj before going to London with his son. When they reached Sartaj’s house, Lovely was shocked to see Divya in the house as unmarried who he believed that she should have been married long time ago. His son asked her that whether she had forgiven her mother about her breaking of trust with Divya and apologies on her behalf. He grows a solid bonding with Divya and she reads her mother’s diary which she wrote before dying. On the last day on his stay, his son said Divya as her mother. Infuriated Lovely Singh asks his son to apologize but he walks away. Sartaj too, told Lovely that the child says what he fells and he too feels the same. He takes Divya with him. On the Station, reading his mother’s diaries last pages, Lovely’s son throws the diary and was happy and thanked her mother and went back to train. Lovely saw this and recovered that diary. He read the diary and came to know what Maya has written and also that it was Divya who called her as Chhaya and not Maya. Lovely calls Divya and addresses her as Chhaya. Hearing this Divya came out and hugs him. His son becomes very happy as all are reunited.

Review: It’s a remake of a Malayalam super hit movie having same name and with same director. The movie contains the brilliant performance of Salman khan which is one of the sole reasons that movie had succeeded. Whole of focus was given Salman Khan only in the movie. Kareena Kapoor Khan’s role in movie was not much but whatever it was she did it with ease and comfort and so do was the role of Hazel Keech. Songs of the movie were good and specially “Teri Meri”. Chemistry between the main actors was not much as whole movie comprises of Salman khan only. Dialogues of the movie are great. The movie do contains some turns and twist which make the audience of the movie fully focused. But the story of the movie is more or less the same as the Malayalam movie so people who had seen that movie know what this movie’s story will be. As a whole movie is a blending mixture of romance, drama, twists and a little bit of action and those who are Salman Khan’s fan, it’s a must watch movie for them.

Ek Tha Tiger

          Name: Ek Tha Tiger

     Synopsis: Indian spy code named “Tiger” (Salman Khan) and an officer of Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) is operating a mission in northern Iraq. Tiger killed one of his own men who has compromised his hands to Pakistan spy agency called Inter Services Intelligence as well he also kills many of the ISI agents during his escape from Iraq. Tiger on return to India meets his boss in New Delhi named Shenoy. He gives him another mission in Dublin where he has to keep an eye on professor of Indian origin named Anwar Jamaal who teaches in Trinity College. He is basically being suspected to share his findings of the research with Pakistan’s ISI. His fellow RAW agent Gopi too accompanied with his mission. He initially finds Professor Anwar and told him that he is a reporter and wants his interview but all in vain. He later on meets Professor Anwar’s caretaker Zoya (Katrina Kaif). He spends his most of time with befriending Zoya and doesn’t give much importance in observing the activities of Professor. Tiger fellow Gopi warns him from time to time not to fall in love of Zoya and focus his activities on observing Professor but Tiger’s whole attention was on Zoya to extract information from her. During a function in theater, Tiger plans to visit Professor’s house see what wrong going on as being information provided by Gopi that some activity is going on in professor’s house. When Tiger reached there he finds that Zoya was a Pakistan’s agency ISI agent who also wants to have information of the professor’s research. Tiger asks her to move aside and handover the information to him but refused that she can’t commit treason to Pakistan. Tiger fired some shots but didn’t kill Zoya and asked him to leave.

        After some time, Tiger and Zoya meet at UN foreign minister’s meet at Istanbul where Zoya signals Tiger to come out as she want to talk to him. With Tiger’s some emotional talk, Zoya at first shows reluctance on going with him as she can’t betray Pakistan but later on agrees to go with him as both of them decided to leave everything for their love. They fooled their respective agencies and take flight to Brazil and but fooled their agencies men that they are going to Kazakhstan when they try to catch them. After few years both agencies ISI and RAW traced Zoya and Tiger in Cuba as they got caught fighting on streets in a CCTV. ISI men caught Zoya and try to take her back. Tiger meets Gopi and asked him to save her from ISI as he and Zoya were coming back to India where Zoya will cooperate with RAW agency. But instead of coming back to India, they board an airplane to escape from their secret service agencies. Tiger, later on called Shenoy where Shenoy told him that RAW will catch both of them and they will deal with hem in the hardest possible manner. Tiger told him that they will return on the day when both Pakistan and India no longer need their respective secret services that is ISI and RAW. In the end, images of both Zoya and Tiger were shown in Venice, Cape Town, Zurich and London where they were seen as reported but till date they haven’t captured them.

        Review: It’s a film which is at all based on Salman Khan’s dashing and electrifying performance and not more than that. Katrina Kaif looks as usual charming and stunning and also did some mind blowing action scenes in the movie. The movie no doubt contains some dazzling action sequences and also some of the most beautiful and stunning locations. Songs of the movie were fair enough and so was the music but what was weak is the story part of the movie. Though it has a fair enough balance between both love affair and spying activities but you will not able to figure out as a whole what type of movie is this or I should say what the movie is all about a love affair or secret service spying activities movie. This is one of drastic drawbacks of the movie. This is a fairly entertainment movie with dashing and sizzling performance of Salman khan and for those who are die hard fan of Salman Khan it’s a must watch for them.

Ram Leela : Movie Review

Name: Ram Leela

Cast: Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Sanjay Leela Bhansali (Director)

Review: One of the most commendable works of Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Love, Romance, Drama at its level best. Based on Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, one who knows the story of Romeo and Juliet can assume what story of the Ram Leela will be, but the way it has been presented by Sanjay Leela Bhansali is magical and exceptional. Ranveer Singh performance is good in the movie but Deepika Padukone has raised the standards of acting sighting it for perfection.  Music and songs of the movie are also good and one of its kind. It’s a true “Master Piece” made by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and a must watch movie full of Romance, Love and Drama.

Stars given: 3.5 out of 5. 

Aashiqui 2

Synopsis: Rahul Jaykar a successful musician but whose career was going down because of alcohol addiction was performing a show in Goa. When he about to complete a song on stage he was interrupted by a person who throws a bottle at him. Rahul had a fight with him left from there and goes to bar. He meets a girl over there called Aarohi (Shraddha Kapoor) who is a big fan of Rahul. After noticing the photo of Lata Mangeshwar in bar he thought that she wants to be a singer. Hearing her voice, he got impressed and told her that he will change her life by turning her into a singing sensation and also asks her stop singing in the bar. Aarohi leaves the job and gone back to Mumbai to her parents with Rahul who convinced her to turn her into a singing sensation. Rahul convinces his producer for the audition of Aarohi. When Aarohi tries to talk to Rahul, suddenly he was attacked by some unknown people. Rahul got injured and wasn’t able to take calls of Aarohi. His manager Vivek told everyone that Rahul had gone out of Country to perform, so his news of being injured shouldn’t be in public. Aarohi tries to contact Vivek too when she was unable to contact Rahul but Vivek everytime ignores her calls and sometime make wrong excuses. This keep happened for two months. Aarohi in desperation and need of money forced to sing in a bar. When Rahul recovered from injuries he came to know that for the past 2 months he was trying to contact her and Vivek had continuously ignored her calls without telling him. Rahul also came to know that she had again started singing in a bar. Rahul apologizes to Aarohi and asks her to meet his producer. Aarohi training starts with Rahul and she signed a contract with the firm for singing in films. Aarohi and her family were very happy. Aarohi was gaining Popularity people starts gossiping that how Rahul was using her as servant and hearing these gossips Rahul’s alcohol addiction again starts. Aarohi loves Rahul very much and starts movin with him very much. But some instances happen when people choose Aarohi over him and start neglecting him completely and this leads only to situation of Rahul from bad to worse. He tells her that he will stop drinking but when a journalist accused him of using Aarohi for her personal benefits. Rahul had a fight with that journalist and again starts drinking and created mess that day. Seeing Rahul in such deteriorated state in lockup Aarohi begins to worry for him. She was ready to help Rahul to any extent to help him. Rahul realized that he is the biggest obstacle in Aarohi’s promising carrier. Rahul promises Aarohi that will not do anything that will hurt her and will become a changed man for good. He drives his cars, make it stop on a bridge near a river, jumps into it and commits suicide. Aarohi goes in deep shock. Being in anger and devastated that Rahul commits suicide leaving her alone, she stops singing and wanted to go back. Vivek at that time came make Aarohi realized that it Rahul knew that he was the biggest obstacle for her carrier and to remove that he committed suicide. Soon Aarohi was on stage taking appreciations of her fans. On a beach a couple asked autograph of Aarohi and she write Aarohi Rahul Jaykar.

Review: It’s a pure romantic movie with brilliant performances of Aditya Roa Kapoor and Shraddha kapoor. Both the Actors’ performance was very good. This movie is a mixture of romance, strong emotions and deception. Mohit Suri direction is also good. The movie is about love and the oneness belonging in love. Chemistry of Aditya and Shraddha was incredible. After so much time, such a heart touching move has been seen. It’s simply fantabulous movie and it’s a must watch movie for those who like to romantic movies. Hat’s off to whole Crew of the movie.

Darling (2010)

Synopsis: In 1980’s a farewell party was going on between friends and on parting their ways they promise to be in touch forever. Hanumath Roa became a criminal laywer and Vishwanath with her daughter has gone to Switzerland to settle and earn money. Prabhas (Prabhas) was having a childhood liking to Nandini (Kajal Aggarwal). Few years later, those old friends planned to meet again. Prabhas was eager to meet Nandini. Another girl Nisha also loves Prabhas, but when Nisha tell her feeling to Prabhas, he didn’t accept her love and Nisha attempted suicide. Seeing this Nisha’s father kidnaps Prabhas’s friends and tries to force Prabhas to accept her daughter’s love. Seeing his friend’s in danger, Prabhas came up with a fake story that how he has fallen in love with his childhood love in Switzerland. Nisha’s father hearing Prabhas story let them go. The reunion was going to take place in the farm house of Buchchaiah. When Prabhas didn’t meet Nandini at first he plan to go back, but on their way back he saw Nandini and came back to farmhouse. He tries to impress Nandini through various attempts but fails every time. Even Nandini’s brother also plans to thwart Prabhas attempt to impress Nandini. When Prabhas and his friends were playing Basketball try to persuade Nandini to play with them as she loved basketball too. Rishi, one of the son of the person who were having a Reunion tries to impress Nandini too. From there on cold started between Prabhas and Rishi. As story moves on, Prasanna daughter of Buchchaiah tell Prabhas that he loves a man who is well settled in Australia but they are asking dowry of 50 Lakh and forces him to talk to her father and get him ready for the marriage. Prabhas talked to her father and he was ready along with his friends that they will go after her marriage. Nandini on seeing all this, starts liking Prabhas. Rishi Seeing closeness between Nandini and Prabhas become jealous and plans take revenge against Prabhas. He plans to paralyse him by planting a wire to ironbox but unknowingly Prabhas father touched that cable and got an electric shock. Seeing this, Prabhas got mad and there was scuffle between him and Rishi. Hanumanth Rao ejects Prabhas from house. Later he also came to know that Rishi is not Apalla Raju’s son, but Vishwanath’s nephew. Vishwanath on the day of his marriage married another girl whom he loved and seeing this, Vishwanath’s father outsed Vishwanath from home. Hanumanth after various negotitians with Vishwanath’s father able to get Vishwanath forgiveness from his father on one condition that Rishi should marry Nandini. Prabhas decided not to tell Nandini that he loves her, makes up his mind to leave and go back home. Nandini came running towards Prabhas to tell that she loved him too, but as Prabhas father has given his word to Vishwanath’s father for Rishi and Nandini’s marriage and Prabhas also want to honour his father’s word leaves from there without saying anything. Nandini go back her father told her about his marriage with Rishi but Nandini tell them she loved Prabhas only and tried to convince them. Nisha’s father also realized that the story Prabhas told them was fake and tries to take back Prabhas but Prabhas reject that by saying his story may be lie but his feels are true. Seeing Nandini running towards Prabhas Nisha’s father and his goons tries to kills Nandini and Prabhas. Nandini urged Nisha’s father to spare Prabhas life as both of them love each other. He spared their lives. They both were happy with their family members.

Review: It’s a Telugu movie full of romance and a little drama. First part of the movie was a little stretchy specially the Switzerland episode. But Prabhas being an action hero, in this movie has shown that he can also do Romantic and dramatic roles very well. Kajal Aggarwal acting is also good. Music is good in the movie. Some comedy scenes in the movie are very good. Overall, a good movie to watch for.

Synopsis: Rahul (Shahrukh Khan) is a bachelor who lives in Mumbai. He was raised by his grandparents as his parents died in a car accident when he was 8 years old. Party celebration were about go for his grandfather who was about to celebrate his 100^th birthday. Rahul friends suggested him a trip to Goa before the celebrations of his grandfather’s birthday but his grandfather died watching a cricket match before celebration his 100^th birthday. His grandmother told Rahul that his grandfather wish was to immerse his ashes in 2 parts, 1st in Ganges river and 2^nd in Rameshwaram. She request Rahul to immerse one part of ashes in rameshwaram himself. Rahul readly accepts the same but he had also planned to go Goa with his friends. So he changed the plan. He bought ticket of Chennai express and tell his friends that we will meet them at Kalyan Station. When he reached there he meet his friends but suddenly he realized that he left the ashes of the grandfather so he went back on train. As the train starts leaving Kalyan station and he was about to get off the train he sees a girl running to catch it so he offers his hand to let the girl in. Subsequently he sees 4 persons running after the train to catch and he helped each to them to board it. Later he found that the girl whom he offered help to get on the train is being kidnapped by those 4 persons who he also helped. As story moves the girl introduces herself as Meeena Lochini Azhagh Sundaram (Deepika Padukone) also called Mennamma and tell her story and about her problem. When both Meena and Rahul reached, Meena’s village Komban, Thangballi a powerfull man whom her father wants Meena to marry, challenge Rahul for a duel. Rahul on the very night of fuel escapes from the village but caught by the police on international waters. By telling his story police brought him back to komban to verify rahul identity. Soon after verifying police left him but he again escapes from that Village by taking Meena as a hostage. Soon their car broke down and they have to take shelter in a near village called Vidhamba. Soon Meeena finds out that he too fallen in love with Rahul. As Rahul wants to leave the village but Meena don’t. So Rahul alone the village but he came back too. But they were caught by Thangabalii and his men. Villagers of Vidhamba gather around them and help Rahul and Meena to escape. After they decided to go Rameshwaram to disperse his grandfather’s ashes. They decided to go their separate ways, Rahul to Mumbai and Meena to Pune. But Meena slept during the drive and when she woke up she find herself in Komban village. Rahul tells her that How long will she gonna run, it has to end. Rahul talks to her father and tell him what her daughter wants and tell Meena that “I love you”. Challenges everyone for a fight Including Thangaballi. Rahul in the fight succumbed to many injuries but beats every goon of Thangaballi and himself too. Seeing the courage and will of Rahul as a comman man, Meena’s father Durgeshwara azhagh sundaram  allow Meena to marry Rahul, the twist which changed Rahul’s life forever.

Review: It is basically a Bollywood movie released both in Hindi and Tamil version as it contains many Tamil Actors. Rohit Shetty direction is very good. On top of that, acting of Shahrukh khan and Deepika Padukone is also at its best. Movie also has good songs. Item number done by south actress Priyamani gaves it a spicy touch to the movie. Rare mixture of Bollywood and south which makes it a unique one. Most of the story doesn’t have loose end but as far as action is concerned it is average. Overall a got entertainment movie and fun to watch. Those who don't watch south films may not like the movie that much.

Synopsis: Shiva(Karthi) is an unemployed youth in Banglore city. His friends are trying very hard to get him a job in the city. Later he sees a girl name Charulatha (Tamanna Bhatia) whom at the moment of first sight Shiva got attracted to her. Shiva spot Charulatha on quite few occasions, follows her but eventually misses her. Shiva also misses an interview due to that. When Shiva was at railway station to pick up one of his known persons he sees Charulatha with someone who were asking cabs to take them to Chennai, but as Shiva sees her he readily accepts the offer. When Shiva was at petrol pump to refill his car, charulatha tell shiva to move on the car without his uncle, he doesn’t need to come. When charulatha unable to go through Airplane or train, being very sad and after asked shiva very nicely Charulatha request Shiva to drop her to Mumbai on her grandmother’s home. Shiva happily accepts it with full Joy. On her way after being asked by Shiva few times, Charulatha tells her problem and about her background. Later on the journey, Shiva found that they are followed by the gang not only on Charulatha but also on himself which is a gang of Mumbai based whom he beat when he was in Mumbai for some interview. Later on charulatha ask Shiva about this second gang and his problem and he tells everything to her. She ask then why did he came to Mumbai if he is having so much problem to which he said that she asked him in such situation where he could say “No”. When they reached Mumbai, they end up staying at one of his friend’s house and Shiva asks him to search her grandmother’s address. After leaving Charulatha at his grandmother’s home Shiva left with heavy heart to Banglore. On his way, he sees Charulatha standing alone on street, he asks her about what happened as initially she hides her problem from Shiva but an old man whom she sold her gold tells everything. Her uncle’s gang tried to take Charulatha back to Chennai and other starts beating Shiva to take revenge but Shiva saves Charultha from the Gang beat the hell out of Mumbai based gang. On his way back to Banglore Shiva meet his friends who came to see him, tell everything to Charulatha that how Shiva tells his feeling for Charulatha to his friends on the entire journey when he was taking her to Mumbai. Charulatha also show her feels to him that how she had fallen in love with him.

      

Review: It’s a Tamil Movie. Movie overall is good to watch. It’s more of a Romantic movie. Music is awesome and so do most of the song’s such as “Thuli Thuli” “ En Kadhal Solla”. Movie remains its focus on both Karthi and Tammana Bhatia. Acting of the both Karthi and Tammana are very good. Story of the movie is unique which makes it a little different.

Synopsis: Tony (NTR Jr.) a street guy does anything who offers him money but what looks to Tony right. When Tony was in Kashmir and was kidnapped he met a girl Niharika (Tamannaah) with whom he falls in love. Later on they were rescued by Military and Niharika without telling Tony goes back. Tony when found Niharika came to know that he already loves a man called Rakesh( a goon) who is a minister’s son but she doesn’t know that Rakesh is a goon. As the Story progresses Tony by his tricks let Niharika know about the Rakesh real motive of hanging around with her. When Niharika dump Rakesh, Tony kills Rakesh, his father (the Minister) and a goon called Irfan. Later on Niharika realized that she also loved Tony. When Tony killed a Police officer around the temple and Chitra (Niharika’s Friend) sees it, Tony has to tell Chitra the truth. The truth that who Niharika is, what happened to her family, how Niharika came to her for help and how Niharika lost her memory but he has to keep his promise to Niharika alive. Although Niharika doesn’t remember him but he is doing this because they killed Niharika’s family. In the end, Tony killed all the Goons and evil men that were involved in killing her family.

Review: It is a telugu movie. An overall good movie to watch with a mixture of action, romance, comedy. This is a full entertainment movie with a good performance of NTR jr. and Tamannaah Bhatia although Prakash Raj ground was not too much in the movie. Direction is good by Surender Reddy. Movie holds its line for the whole time. Songs of the movie are good specially “Dandiya”. A film comprises of many things Casts performance, Director’s direction, action in the film, what the story is all about, Songs in the film and many other things. As for this movie most of the sections in this movie are good and it is a full entertainment movie.
